Life Changing History in nearby Stevensville

Sometimes you can drive to Gettysburg, Bull Run or Antietam to see re-enactors recreate famous battles of the American Civil War. Sometimes you can drive to Yorktown and see re-enactors recreate the defeat of General Cornwallis and his redcoats. Much closer to home, this Thursday April 5th or Friday April 6th, you can witness from your car re-enactors recreate the Lord’s Supper, the Crucifixion of Jesus, and the resurrection of Jesus.

The Easter Drive Through is part of First Baptist Church of Kent Island’s Easter Celebration. The performances are open to the public and free. The shows will run from 7 to 8:30 PM on Thursday and Friday evenings. Pack your car, tell your neighbors and set your GPS for 300 State Street in Stevensville. According to Pastor Cosby, “This story we present has changed millions of lives over the last 2000 years. It possesses the power to change your life too.”
