During our vacation, I saw this door in Stoughton, WI. It fascinated me. If you get the chance, look at it
and send me an e-mail pastorned@verizon.net with your impressions of this door. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Lake Michigan and the English Channel
We just spent
four days on the shore of Lake Michigan near Montague, Michigan. It was beautiful and I highly recommend it to you.
As I looked at that majestic lake that touches the states of Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin, I wondered why do
the other states have to call it Lake Michigan?
The body of water that separates England from France is
called the English Channel by the Brits, but the French call it La Mance. Why can't the good bathers in Indiana
call their part of the lake Lake Indiana? Why can't the good bathers in Illinois call their part of the lake
Lake Illinois? Why can't the good bathers in Wisconsin call their part of the lake Lake Wisconsin?
I think this solution would make King Solomon proud.
What do you think?
